The chili plant we bought from our local garden centre back in……ages ago has survived really well without hardly any water over the last 3 weeks – and has been the most productive thing in the garden. They will be harvested tomorrow, and go straight into the freezer to use when we need them.

It’s amazing how quickly they defrost just being at room temperature – last year when i took our first ever batch out the freezer, i decided that a minute in the microwave would be the best way to defrost it – needless to say the air was soon filled with very spicy stingy air that made my eyes hurt. A lesson learnt!

    Those look like they are Hot! I have tons of Jalapeno peppers still on the plants because I couldn’t eat them all. So do you freeze them with the seeds still in?
