Spring onion growing vegetables

We planted the spring onion from seed back round 15th April. It’s taken 6 weeks so far to grow to this stage, and we’ve planted at intervals during that time so we should get a constant supply throughout the summer months. We didn’t move into the house until the first of April, and didn’t plant anything until the 15th, but next year they’ll be in sooner!

The germination rate was probably the poorest of anything we planted, but i suppose that just gives the ones that did germinate plenty of room to grow in.
